Many men feel invincible, especially with regard to their health. The data say otherwise. The main cause of death for Hispanic males in the United States is heart disease and cancer, two diseases that can largely be prevented just by following some healthy habits.

After Father’s Day can be a good idea to remind dad that no matter how good you are, we want above all that healthy, and that means that care must be taken. Here are some good tips for that to happen.

According to Dr. Donna O’Shea, Medical Director of Health New England, “regular exercise can reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes, even if you do not lose weight with exercise. Of course, exercise will help you reduce your weight. ”
