Women -weaker sex

It is sad but even today people don’t mind rating women as weaker sex. They are competent of doing all kinds of chores at home and at work place. They are no less than their fellow members at home or co members at work place. They take all responsibilities and undertake them fairly well. For what reason they are labeled as weaker sex- I seriously object?
