Check list for operation theatres

It is shocking to learn that due to inappropriate listing of items before conducting an operation leads to death of 60% of the patients. There was an awareness drive regarding this issue, now check list has been made mandatory. All the medical institutes’ private or govt have been directed to prepare a check list before conducting any operation to avoid carelessness resulting in death at the operation table.
